Even before a new design is discussed, I give feedback on branding and graphic design already in place to help determine the target audience and message.
I look at marketing areas where the message is unclear, or where there may be an inadequate amount of information to truly understand what the business is attempting to communicate. I brainstorm ways to improve designs and help create new forms of marketing material that serve multiple purposes. Often, this process starts with a logo design, a business card, or a simple brochure.
I discuss with the client what they want their visual identity to look like and what visual story they want to tell (with graphic design).
