Synthesizer/ Audio Electronic Design Questions
Communication was professional and the team was responsive throughout the engagement. Deliverables were provided on time and they were open to feedback and willing to adapt their process when concerns were raised. It is also worth noting that the work conducted was purely advisory in nature; no schematic design, PCB design, or other engineering deliverables were undertaken as part of this engagement.
I engaged this team specifically for audio electronics and synthesizer design guidance on an ongoing advisory basis. As an electrical engineer, I already had a reasonable understanding of the technical requirements and was primarily looking for practical recommendations, design trade-offs, and experience-based insight drawn from previous work on synthesizers, audio codecs, and similar products. A sounding board, if you will.
The feedback provided was generally well written and technically reasonable; however, it often remained at a high-level, conceptual level and lacked the application-specific reasoning and practical design insight that I was seeking, and that was agreed to, for the particular architecture being discussed. In several cases, the responses remained generic even after additional context and follow-up questions were provided. Much of the information could have been obtained from general reference material or modern AI-assisted tools, whereas I was specifically looking for experience-based judgement, design trade-offs, and practical insights drawn from prior audio product development.
The engagement also involved considerably more process overhead than I expected for what was intended to be a simple technical advisory arrangement, with internal reviews and multiple team members involved where I had expected direct communication with an experienced engineer.
Ultimately, the contract was concluded after the initial round of questions and follow-up discussion, as it became clear that the engagement was not the right fit for my particular requirements.
Overall, the team was professional, but the level of technical depth, application-specific guidance, and the large number of team members involved did not match my expectations for this project. For that reason I have left a 3-star review. This team may still be a good fit for clients seeking PCB design or schematic designs, again, I can only comment on my own experience within this short advisory engagement. But it was ultimately not the right fit for my audio design requirements.

I requested a product development in car fragrance. There were lots of back and forth, but in the end, we got the mapping of how the product and packaging would look. Engineering were also done, very simple but effective solutions. Although the end product was not created, i will use this as a prototype to show and work with manufacturers.
