Expert Figma Prototyper Needed for Style Library Development
Shivrani was professional, responsive, and took on this project over a weekend to meet a tight deadline, which I appreciated. They completed approximately 60% of the work efficiently. However, some significant communication and execution challenges impacted the final deliverable.
The main issues were: 1) About 40% of the agreed-upon scope wasn't completed, including critical dynamic components that were essential for the project's functionality, and 2) Some project requirements weren't fully understood or implemented as discussed, which left me unable to make necessary updates for an important meeting.
For future clients, I recommend providing detailed written specifications and confirming a clear understanding of all requirements multiple times throughout the project. Clear, step-by-step documentation of expectations may help ensure that all project elements are delivered as intended.
She is well-intentioned and works hard, but projects requiring complex technical components may benefit from additional oversight and more thorough communication protocols.
