Cross-Platform Football Training App Development
The project was a fixed-price mobile app MVP with an agreed scope, deadline, and handover expectations. Unfortunately, the final deliverable was not completed to the agreed scope. The APKs provided were not functioning as required, the complete user journey was never properly demonstrated, and core features were still not working together.
There were repeated delays, missed update commitments, cancelled/delayed meetings, delayed source-code handover, and admitted code-loss/rebuild issues. The agreed scope stated the app would be built in Flutter, but the code provided appears to be React Native/Expo. I also had the project reviewed by another developer, who advised it was nowhere near production-ready.
I cannot recommend this freelancer for production app development based on this experience.
