It’s the world’s first software-only motion interaction platform. Feels like sci-fi, runs on normal devices, and unlocks a whole new category of touchless, 3D, natural interfaces.

2016 – 2022
I started and built the AI Language Experiences team at Microsoft 365 — before “AI” was a thing anyone took seriously. I connected Microsoft Research, Azure AI, and product teams to deliver the first-ever AI-powered features inside Office.
We reimagined how presentations and communication should work — launching Live Captions & Subtitles (accessibility by default) and AI-powered Translation (global collaboration by default). These features now serve 50M+ users daily across PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and more.
From zero to shipped: I set the vision, convinced stakeholders, rallied engineers, and got AI into some of Microsoft’s most sacred products. Five years. Zero hype. Real AI, real impact.
