I can debug a variety of call connection and quality issues and have the ability to do advanced troubleshooting on these types of problems.

I worked on the Mitel Unified Communication and Collaboration project for Large Government organizations and Private Organizations of Bangladesh with 5000+ users and multiple Nodes, designing the communications infrastructure piece of that system.
