    Ravi was kind and responsive. However, it wasn`t an online face-face meeting and there was no screen sharing. It was a kind of phone call actually. I am not satisfied with the meeting as the documents were submitted after the meeting. We did not have the chance to discuss the details efficiently. I had to review the documents by myself and then ask about them by sending messages.
