Once Hajj Companion was out in the field, things didn’t stop—we had new ideas, small bugs, and “can we do this before tomorrow?” moments. Usama Mukhtiar stayed easy to work with through all of it. No long lectures, no disappearing after handoff. He’d listen, say what was realistic, do the work, and tell us when to test or when we needed a new build.
What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t overpromise. If something needed more time, he said so upfront. If it was a quick win, he turned it around fast. That’s rare, and it made the second phase of the project feel steady instead of stressful.
If you’re past “v1” and need someone who can support a real product month to month—not just build and vanish—I’d happily recommend Usama again.
