Medical Content Writer When I hired Matiya, I hired also two other freelancers for the same work. All three freelancers submitted their work. Matiya's work was not the best among the three but, with communication and training, it was acceptable. The problem was that his billing times on average were more than twice what the other two freelancers were billing - for the same work. Thus, of the 3 freelancers, he was the least efficient, or, phrased differently, the most expensive.
