Most companies that stall after finding product-market fit don't have an execution problem — they have a problem they can't yet name. The product became something new, the positioning quietly fell out of sync with it, and every downstream fix ends up treating a symptom. I'm the person operators bring in to see that pattern early and reframe the decision before money gets spent in the wrong direction.
