Telehealth and DTC health brands hire me to turn their patients from one-time buyers into long-term refills. I run full-funnel growth for GLP-1, weight loss, men's and women's health, and online pharmacy: paid ads, email, and SMS that scale.

Most telehealth and DTC health brands are strong on one half of the funnel and leaking the other. They buy patients on Meta and Google but never build the email and SMS engine that drives the second purchase, the refill, and the lifetime value that makes the unit economics work. I own both sides.

What I do:

Lifecycle, email and SMS: Klaviyo, CustomerIO, Braze, and MoEngage. Welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, refill and reorder, win-back, and education flows tuned for adherence and retention (dose titration, side-effect support, subscription saves).

Retention and LTV: subscription and refill programs, segmentation, and reporting that ties spend to patients, repeat revenue, and CAC payback.
