Remote human resources services might include:

• Develop human resources strategies for new companies or redevelop existing department strategies
• Assist remotely with administrative tasks related to human resources, such as hiring, documentation, meeting scheduling and note-taking, and email management
• Consult with companies on their existing human resources management and recommend improvements as needed
• Review human resources departments for compliance via digital documentation, virtual meetings, and accessing systems remotely
• Facilitate virtual workshops and training to onboard new employees and maintain compliance with HR regulations
  

Requirements to become a freelance remote human resources specialist on Upwork:

• Must be over the age of 18 with an internet connection
• Experience is not required but is preferred
  

Preferred skills for remote human resources freelancers:

• Competency in resources management and HR administration
• Ability to manage job postings, candidate reviews, interviews, and hiring
• Attention to details and ability to communicate clearly
• Experience facilitating workshops or training
