KRVX Off-Grid Trailer — Complete 12V/230V Wiring Schematic (PDF Deliverable) I need a professional wiring schematic drafted for a custom off-road expedition trailer (KRVX), covering the full 12V DC system and 230V AC island, from tow-vehicle charging input through to all trailer distribution. Scope & deliverables Single complete wiring schematic, delivered as a PDF, suitable for handing directly to an auto electrician for installation Coverage includes: tow vehicle → trailer charging circuit, battery bank and busbars, DC-DC/solar charging, DC distribution panel, AC inverter/charger and AC panel, monitoring/control bus wiring, and all load circuits Professionally drafted, clearly labelled, legible at print scale, with a logical layout an installer can follow without cross-referencing multiple documents Technical requirements Fuse/breaker rating specified for every circuit, sized to cable ampacity and load — not just the load current Cable size specified per circuit (AWG or mm²), accounting for both current and run length (voltage drop) All terminal lug sizes called out, including step-down/reducer adapters required at Redarc and Victron terminals where cable gauge doesn't match the component's native lug size — these must be explicit on the drawing, not left for the installer to work out Circuit routing must reflect actual component specs (Redarc RedVision/TVMS/BCDC, Victron Lynx/MultiPlus/etc.) — no generic placeholders Reference material I'll provide: A draw.io file containing images and identification of every component in the build — this is the authoritative source for component selection and terminal layout A consolidated consumables list (cable, lugs, fuses/breakers already specified) A load allocation document (circuit-by-circuit current draw) A hardware master list (full component schedule) These documents are the working baseline — the schematic must be consistent with them, not a fresh design from scratch. I'm also happy to answer scope questions once you're engaged. To apply, please include: A brief summary of your experience with 12V/24V DC systems, and specifically with Redarc and Victron product ranges A sample schematic you've produced previously, if available Any clarifying questions before quoting A fixed-price quote and turnaround time Please don't quote without reviewing the scope above — I'm looking for someone who can work independently from the reference material after an initial confirmation call, not someone requiring ongoing spec clarification.
