ADP Workforce Now Trainer / Consultant (Small Business, Multi-Entity)

I'm a co-owner and Head of Marketing & Growth at a family-owned business with 10 locations in the DFW area. We use ADP Workforce Now for payroll and HR across multiple entities and I need a hands-on trainer to help me get confident navigating the platform independently. What I need help with: Employee profiles — setting up job titles, pay rates, position history Understanding how effective dates, hire dates, and rehire dates interact Making compensation changes correctly without triggering errors Multi-entity setup and how records flow across entities General HR admin tasks — onboarding, offboarding, status changes Best practices for a small but growing team Ideal candidate: Certified ADP Workforce Now practitioner or heavy daily user Experience with multi-entity or multi-location businesses Can do live screenshare sessions (Zoom or Google Meet) Patient, can explain things clearly in plain English Available for a few sessions, with potential for ongoing support Format: 1 hour video sessions, screenshare preferred so I can follow along in my own account Budget: Open to hourly — please include your rate and availability Timezone: I am based in Texas, so please be available during normal working hours in Central Standard Time.
