Summary

We’re a fast-growing Google Ads agency with a fully remote global team, and we’re looking for a reliable, proactive People Operations Manager to help support and scale our team operations. This is NOT a traditional corporate HR role. We’re looking for someone experienced with remote agencies and contractor-based teams who can take ownership of day-to-day people operations, team support, onboarding/offboarding, and internal processes. You should be highly organized, responsive, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment. Responsibilities * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes * Handle team account access, permissions, and checklists * Serve as the point of contact for team support and people-related questions * Maintain internal documentation and People Handbook * Manage leave requests and people operations workflows * Help maintain accountability and operational consistency across the team * Support remote culture initiatives and internal team communication * Improve and organize internal people processes over time Requirements * Experience in People Ops / HR / Team Operations within a remote agency or startup * Experience managing global contractor-based teams * Strong communication and organizational skills * Highly proactive and dependable * Comfortable owning operational processes without constant oversight * Able to work independently and solve problems proactively * EST or CST timezone required Ideal Fit This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being deeply involved with a remote team and takes pride in keeping operations organized, smooth, and reliable.
