In this role, you'll manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and performance—while ensuring compliance with employment policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination Develop HR policies and ensure legal compliance Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management Support training, development, and engagement initiatives Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 3+ years of HR experience (HR certification a plus) Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
