NO AGENCY | Senior Bookkeeper / Finance Manager (Part-Time, Multi-Entity, Long-Term)

We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable bookkeeper / finance manager to support financial operations across multiple projects and entities. This is not a basic bookkeeping role. We are looking for someone who can operate with a high level of ownership, maintain financial clarity, and contribute to structured decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong experience in U.S.-based financial systems, understands compliance, and is comfortable managing both operational and strategic financial tasks. Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities - Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reporting - Handle accounts payable/receivable and bill payments - Monitor and manage cash flow - Prepare financial summaries and reports for internal use - Communicate with external parties (accountants, banks, IRS if needed) - Identify inefficiencies and improve financial processes and structure Requirements: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance. 2. Strong understanding of U.S. financial systems and compliance 3. Experience with QuickBooks, WAVE, GUSTO. 4. Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously. 5. High level of accuracy, organization, and accountability. 6.
