ANSYS Topology optimization for a simple part

I am a beginner in ANSYS Workbench and would like to learn how to perform basic structural analysis and topology optimization on a simple part (attached picture). The model is 5 cm by 4 cm by 1.5 cm thick, also the model is attached in the attachment as facets space claim model. the model consists of two components (attached pictures in the attachment and the space claim model as well): 1- internal structure as clarified in the photo attachment tree structure as “Infill” – facets space claim model. 2- An outer layer “Perimeter” as clarified in the photo attachment tree structure as “Perimeter” – facets space claim model. What I Need Help With to do the following tasks: 1- Convert the model from facets into solid model that can be simulated. 2- Apply a fixed support on one side of the model. 3- Apply a force (arbitrary/random load) on the opposite side - for learning purposes. 4- Perform Topology Optimization to optimize the shape of the “infill” while keeping the “Perimeter” fixed, I want the shape of the honey comp to be optimized – this is the main goal. Goal: I want to understand the step-by-step process, not just get results—so explanations and guidance are very important.
