ARIS Business Process Management (BPM) Expert Required for 1-Hour Product Demonstration

We are looking for an experienced ARIS BPM Consultant to conduct a live 1-hour demonstration of the ARIS platform and showcase its key capabilities. The objective is to help our team understand the full functional scope of ARIS and evaluate its suitability for enterprise process management and governance initiatives. During the session, we would like you to demonstrate: Business Process Modeling and Design BPMN 2.0 Modeling Capabilities Process Repository and Governance Process Documentation and Publishing Process Collaboration and Approval Workflows Process Mining Capabilities (if available) Enterprise Architecture Integration Organizational Structure Modeling Risk, Compliance, and Control Management Process Performance Measurement and KPIs Process Simulation and Analysis Digital Process Transformation Features Reporting and Dashboards Integration Capabilities with Enterprise Systems AI and Automation Features (if available) ARIS Process Portal/User Experience Best Practices and Typical Enterprise Implementations Consultant Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ARIS. Experience implementing ARIS for large enterprises or government organizations. Strong understanding of BPM, Process Governance, Enterprise Architecture, and Process Excellence. Ability to conduct the demo in English. Access to a working ARIS environment for demonstration purposes. Deliverables: 1-hour live online demonstration (Microsoft Teams/Zoom). Q&A session.
