AWS S3 Backup Specialist

We are looking for an experienced AWS specialist to help us set up a reliable backup/sync solution between two AWS accounts. Current situation: We have around 200 Amazon S3 buckets in AWS Account 1. We want to back up/sync these buckets to S3 buckets in AWS Account 2. The preferred approach is an automated sync/replication process. The backup account should be separated from the production account for security reasons. Scope of work: Review the existing S3 bucket structure. Recommend the best backup/sync approach. Set up cross-account access and permissions securely. Configure automated sync or replication from Account 1 to Account 2. Ensure existing objects are copied. Ensure new/changed objects are synced automatically. Set up logging/monitoring where needed. Document the setup clearly so our team can maintain it. Important requirements: Strong experience with AWS S3. Experience with cross-account IAM roles and bucket policies. Experience with AWS CLI, S3 Sync, S3 Replication, or AWS Backup. Security-first approach. Ability to work carefully with production data. Clear documentation of all steps. Nice to have: * Experience with S3 Versioning. * Experience with Object Lock / immutable backups. * Experience with cross-region or cross-account disaster recovery setups. Deliverables: 1. Working backup/sync setup from AWS Account 1 to AWS Account 2. 2. Secure IAM and bucket policy configuration. 3. Initial copy of existing S3 data. 4. Automated process for future changes. 5.
