AWS DevOps Engineer for Long-Term Engagement

We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer for a long-term engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and securing our AWS infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production environments. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines Manage Docker-based applications and container deployments Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform Monitor production systems and troubleshoot incidents Improve infrastructure security, reliability, and performance Configure logging, alerting, backups, and disaster recovery Review cloud costs and recommend practical optimizations Document infrastructure and operational procedures Collaborate with developers to improve deployment processes Required experience: Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS/Fargate, ECR, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch Experience with Terraform Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools Strong Docker and Linux administration skills Knowledge of AWS networking and security best practices Experience troubleshooting production issues Clear written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and provide regular progress updates Nice to have: Kubernetes or Amazon EKS experience Python or Bash scripting AWS cost-optimization experience Experience with vulnerability scanning and DevSecOps tools Relevant AWS or Terraform certifications This is a long-term position, so we are looking for someone reliable, responsive, and interested in becoming familiar with our systems over time.
