AWS DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a senior AWS DevOps Engineer to lead Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud automation, and CI/CD efforts for a large-scale On-Premises to AWS Cloud Migration program. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who can build secure, scalable AWS platforms and drive DevSecOps best practices across teams. What You'll Do: Design, build, and maintain reusable Terraform modules for AWS infrastructure Manage HCP Terraform (Terraform Cloud) workspaces — VCS-driven workflows, variable sets, run triggers, policy enforcement Provision secure AWS infrastructure following IaC best practices Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions (testing, security scanning, approvals, deployments) Implement secrets management with HashiCorp Vault / AWS Secrets Manager Design and enforce AWS IAM policies, permission boundaries, and least-privilege access Configure OIDC-based authentication and federated identity Conduct security reviews of infrastructure code and pipelines Collaborate with dev, cloud, and security teams on governance and compliance Document architecture, deployment procedures, and runbooks Provide technical leadership across the migration program Required Skills & Experience: 13+ years in IT with strong DevOps/Cloud Engineering background 5+ years hands-on Terraform (module development, remote state management) Strong HCP Terraform / Terraform Cloud experience with VCS-driven workflows Deep AWS infrastructure and cloud security expertise GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD pipeline development HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager AWS IAM, OIDC, and federated identity Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure Strong DevSecOps and automation mindset Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
