The ideal candidate will research and shortlist opportunities based on each applicant's CV, qualifications, research interests, and career goals, focusing on realistic and highly relevant matches rather than mass searches. ## Responsibilities * Research scholarships, fellowships, PhD positions, Master's programs, research assistantships, internships, exchange programs, grants, and other academic opportunities. * Identify opportunities across Europe, the United States, Canada, and other leading academic destinations. * Carefully evaluate eligibility requirements, deadlines, funding availability, and competitiveness. * Match opportunities to a provided CV and academic profile. * Provide direct application links and concise notes explaining why each opportunity is a good fit. * Organize findings in Google Sheets or Google Docs. * Track deadlines and application status. * Assist with application planning and follow-up when needed. ## Ideal Candidate * Experience researching academic opportunities, scholarships, or higher education programs. * Familiarity with university websites, scholarship databases, funding organizations, and academic job boards. * Excellent research and organizational skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to identify realistic, high-quality opportunities based on individual qualifications. * Excellent written English. ## Deliverables * Well-organized list of carefully selected opportunities. * Eligibility assessment for each opportunity. * Funding information (where available). * Application deadlines and required documents. * Direct application links. * Brief explanation of why each opportunity matches the candidate's profile. ## Engagement * Initial paid trial task. * Ongoing collaboration for multiple academic profiles. * Flexible, milestone-based work with the potential for a long-term partnership. ## Important This role is focused on quality over quantity**.
