Academic Success Coach (Account Management)

Having supported hundreds of families over the years, we’re expanding our team to meet growing demand, and we’re looking for a full-time Academic Success Coach to manage a portfolio of students and speak directly with both students and parents. The Role This is a call-based student and parent support role. You’ll own a set of student accounts and serve as the trusted point of contact families rely on. Your role will involve checking in with students and parents through calls, tracking student progress, flagging concerns, keeping students motivated, and making sure families feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their learning journey. We’re looking for someone who is confident, warm, and professional when speaking with families directly. What Your Day Looks Like Each session, you’ll have full context at your fingertips: progress history, areas of concern, attendance notes, academic updates, and previous communication records, all through our internal dashboard. You’ll use this information to run meaningful check-ins with students and parents, explain progress clearly, identify where extra support may be needed, and help families understand the next steps. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: * Have a strong academic background * Are confident speaking with students and parents over the phone * Communicate clearly and naturally in English * Can break down academic concepts in a way that actually makes sense to students * Are warm, reliable, and professional in family-facing conversations * Can keep students motivated while also giving parents clear and honest updates * Are organised enough to manage multiple student accounts and follow up consistently Availability 11am-7pm AEST Shifts may run Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday depending on demand, so weekend availability is essential. As part of the application process, you’ll complete a short academic assessment so we can see how you approach problems.
