UK, AU & US Accent Experienced Cold Callers for Lead Gen

Through sales training, coaching, and consulting, we help business owners and sales teams increase their close rates, handle objections more effectively, and create more predictable revenue growth. We’re expanding and looking for experienced B2B Cold Callers who can confidently engage decision-makers, create interest, and book qualified appointments. What You’ll Be Doing * Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners, directors, and sales leaders. * Introduce our sales training and development solutions. * Build rapport quickly and uncover business challenges. * Generate interest and book qualified appointments for our team. * Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes. * Consistently achieve weekly activity and appointment targets. What We’re Looking For * Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling experience. * Proven track record of generating appointments and sales opportunities. * Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior decision-makers. * Ability to handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving. * Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven. * Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
