About us Brilo is a no-code platform for launching human-like AI phone agents. Businesses use Brilo to handle inbound and outbound calls at scale — answering customer questions, taking orders, booking appointments, qualifying leads, and following up. The role We're hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle: from working leads through to close. You'll get a guaranteed base for stability plus uncapped commission on what you sell — the structure that rewards consistent activity and strong closing. Ideal for a rounded seller who can both prospect and close, and who wants to grow with an early-stage company. What you'll do Own the full cycle: prospect, run demos, negotiate, and close SaaS subscriptions Sell into high-volume, phone-heavy businesses (dental/healthcare, e-commerce, real estate, restaurants, financial services) Build and manage your pipeline in our CRM Translate Brilo's capabilities into concrete operational outcomes (calls answered 24/7, no-shows cut, leads contacted, hours saved) Feed market insights back to help refine our go-to-market What we're looking for 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales with a track record of hitting quota Comfortable running the full cycle solo, from first touch to signed deal Strong discovery and ROI-based selling skills Excellent spoken/written English and a reliable remote setup Available to work during USA business hours (must overlap with US time zones) Bonus: experience selling to SMB/mid-market in our target verticals To apply Share your full-cycle sales experience, the products and deal sizes you've sold, your quota attainment, and why an early-stage AI SaaS company appeals to you.
