Ad Account Issue Diagnosis & Troubleshooting

We are looking for an experienced digital advertising specialist to diagnose and troubleshoot issues affecting our advertising accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, or other advertising platforms and be able to identify the root cause of account-related problems, provide clear recommendations, and implement solutions where possible. Responsibilities: * Review and audit advertising accounts. * Identify issues related to account setup, campaign performance, billing, policy compliance, tracking, or account restrictions. * Diagnose technical and performance-related problems. * Provide a detailed report outlining findings and recommended solutions. * Assist with resolving identified issues and restoring account functionality. Requirements: * Proven experience managing and troubleshooting advertising accounts. * Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads. * Familiarity with advertising policies, account compliance, and tracking tools. * Ability to communicate findings clearly and provide actionable recommendations. * Previous experience with account recovery, policy violations, or performance troubleshooting is a plus.
