Account Lead List Sourcing / Building Assistant

I run an agency that specializes in Go-To-Market & Outbound. I'm looking for someone to help me with Account Lead List Sourcing / Building. I'd like help in sourcing pre-filtered/pre-qualified TAMs. These lists would be comprised of every possible account that matches a broad search across lead database tools (Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Maps, etc). You will use your knowledge + provided details by me (ie: Industry, Keywords, Employee Size, Revenue, etc). Your delivery will be: master list, flag accounts/leads, excluded accounts/leads, prospect accounts/leads I'd like to focus on the Accounts first. I/we can source target contacts after we have our account list. I will be checking the lists and qualifying the lists. I mainly need help building the largest account list possible 50k+ using all disposable tools and resources (Clay + Apollo + Maps + Sales Nav + Databases) This is a trial project for someone who can correctly deliver what's asked. If correctly done, there is more immediate work.
