#Account Manager (Marketing Agency) We're looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our team and own client relationships from day one. #About Us We're a growth marketing agency that partners with startups on a revenue-share model. Instead of charging traditional agency fees, we help startups grow through paid acquisition and earn a percentage of the revenue we generate. Our team handles everything end-to-end—from positioning and messaging to ad creatives, landing pages, onboarding funnels, and growth strategy. Our goal is simple: help ambitious startups scale profitably. #The Role You'll own up to 10 client accounts and become the face of our company for each of them. This isn't a customer support role. Your job is to build strong relationships, anticipate problems before they happen, coordinate solutions with the team, and make sure every client feels they're receiving an exceptional experience. You'll work closely with our strategists, media buyers, copywriters, and designers to keep projects moving and clients happy. #Responsibilities * Own the relationship with up to 10 clients. * Build long-term relationships based on trust and transparency. * Lead weekly strategy and update calls. * Keep clients informed with clear, proactive communication. * Identify risks early and coordinate solutions before they become problems. * Coordinate internally to ensure projects move forward smoothly. * Negotiate renewals, scope changes, and commercial terms when needed. * Advocate for your clients while balancing the company's priorities. * Look for opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. #You're a Great Fit If You... * Love talking to people and building genuine relationships. * Are naturally outgoing, energetic, and personable. * Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions. * Are proactive and resourceful—you solve problems rather than escalate them. * Stay calm under pressure and communicate with confidence. * Are highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. * Communicate exceptionally well, both verbally and in writing. * Can confidently handle difficult conversations when necessary. * Care deeply about delivering an outstanding client experience. #Non-Negotiable Requirements * English is your native language. * Based in the US, UK, or Latin America. * Experience in account management, customer success, client services, sales, or another client-facing role. * Comfortable leading video calls with founders and executives. * Available during North American business hours. #Bonus Points * Experience working at a marketing agency. * Experience working with startups or SaaS companies. * Familiarity with paid advertising (Meta, Google, etc.) and sales funnels. * Sales or negotiation experience. #What We Offer * Fully remote. * A high level of autonomy and ownership. * The opportunity to work directly with fast-growing startups trying to change the world. * A small, high-performing team where your work has a real impact. #How to Apply Please send us: * A short 2–3 minute video introducing yourself.
