Account Manager (Integration Developer)
Worldwide
INTEGRATION DEVELOPER/CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER - OFO COLLECTIVE - NOT LOOKING FOR AGENCIES, INDEPENDENT ONLY OFO Collective is a fast-growing AI enablement consultancy. We build the operational systems that help agencies and operators scale. We are looking for someone who wants to grow fast and deliver high-quality work for our clients. Casual or contract to start, moving to part-time then full-time as we grow. Brisbane preferred. Australia-wide remote. ABN contractor to start. ABOUT THE ROLE You own a portfolio of clients. Your job is to give them a high level of service and real results. We are a fast-growing startup, so the role is bigger than account management. You get involved across the business, including hiring, sales, and development. It is a rare chance to learn a lot and grow your career quickly. You spend 2 to 3 hours a week on each client. You get to know their stack, their team, and their goals. You join their calls, set the direction, and report on the results. Part of the role is finding the biggest bottleneck in each client's business and helping fix it, step by step. That takes some business understanding. You also get on the tools for smaller builds, and brief our integration specialists on the bigger ones. WHO WE WANT Someone who enjoys both the business side and the building side. You can sit with a client, find the problem that matters most, and map a system to fix it. You have enough business understanding to spot the real bottleneck, not just the surface one. You like strategy. You enjoy helping clients work out what matters and tackling it in order, not all at once. You care about quality. Every system, call, and doc serves a measurable outcome for the client. You also: - Communicate clearly. You ask when something is unclear and flag risks early. - Test what you ship and stand behind it. - Want to grow with us and take on more over time. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Manage a portfolio of clients at 2 to 3 hours each per week. - Lead client calls. Set strategy and own the relationship. - Help clients find their biggest bottleneck and build a plan to fix it. - Get on the tools for smaller builds. Wire up CRMs, ad platforms, lead pipelines, reporting, and AI agents. - Brief and steer integration specialists on larger builds. - Document every system with a Loom walkthrough and a written handover. - Train client staff so the team can use what we build without you in the room. - Hit every deadline. Raise blockers early. WHAT YOU BRING - A real understanding of business. You can spot the problem that matters and prioritise it. - Hands-on integration and automation experience in at least one of n8n, Make, Zapier, or others. - Some coding in Python or JavaScript and Node. Enough to write custom logic when no-code hits a wall. - Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) inside real workflows. - A clear communicator who can explain technical work to non-technical clients. - Someone who is good with people and enjoys training client staff. - A portfolio of integration work you can walk us through. BONUS POINTS - Sophisticated daily use of Claude or ChatGPT. Real systems, not surface-level prompts. - Experience with Claude Code, Cowork, or other agentic AI tools. - Built AI agents. - Worked inside a media, marketing, or advertising agency. - Hands-on with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Apollo, or Meta Ads APIs. - Solo founder or early-stage operator background. THE DEAL - Rate: Grows as you move from casual to part-time to full-time, and as your client load increases. - Engagement: ABN contractor, invoiced fortnightly. - Hours: A base of 7 hours a week, plus 2 to 3 hours per client. Start at around 10 hours a week with your first client, and scale as you add more. - Trial: First 12 weeks as probation, then ongoing. - Schedule: Flexible. You manage your own time. The only thing that matters is showing up to client meetings. - Location: Brisbane preferred but not essential. Remote across Australia for the right person. - Tools: You bring your laptop. We use Notion, Loom, GoHighLevel, and Google Workspace. MUST-HAVES TO APPLY - A portfolio of integration work you can show
