Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Support Oversee day-to-day administrative processes for both businesses Ensure workflows are efficient and organized Identify areas for improvement and implement better systems Support team communication and accountability 2. Billing & Payroll Management Assist and oversee payroll processing and billing operations Monitor accuracy, deadlines, and compliance Help improve systems for smoother financial operations 3. Growth & Business Development Develop strategies to help both businesses grow revenue and market share Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and service expansions Support leadership with scaling plans and growth initiatives only through messaging 4. Online Presence & Marketing Innovation Increase brand awareness through creative online strategies Suggest innovative content ideas for social media and digital marketing Help improve engagement, followers, and customer trust online Monitor trends and recommend fresh ways to stay competitive on both markets 5. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze business performance using key data and metrics Track revenue, client growth, staffing trends, and operational KPIs Provide reports and recommendations to leadership by using AJ email . No direct communication Use insights to improve decision-making and profitability Goal of the Role To strengthen operations, improve efficiency, grow revenue, and help both businesses scale successfully through smart systems, creative ideas, and data-driven strategies. Review everyone KPI and terminology who need some pad in their back and who need to be called in the office for KPI review .Manage all overtime and which could be avoided .
