# Account Manager & Social Media Engagement Specialist ## About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to oversee and grow our social media presence. This role combines content management, trend research, community engagement, and leadership. The ideal candidate understands social media culture, stays ahead of emerging trends, and knows how to build meaningful relationships within online communities. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain daily activity across multiple social media accounts. * Research trending topics, viral content, and emerging industry developments to identify new content opportunities. * Develop and suggest creative content ideas that align with brand goals and audience interests. * Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms. * Engage with other creators, influencers, and community members through comments, likes, reposts, and conversations. * Monitor audience engagement and identify opportunities to increase reach and visibility. * Track social media performance and provide insights for improvement. * Help maintain a positive and professional online presence for the brand. * Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities and implementing new strategies. ## Requirements * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. * Strong leadership abilities and the confidence to make sound decisions independently. * Good understanding of major social media platforms and current online trends. * Strong research skills and the ability to identify content that is gaining traction. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Professional, reliable, and self-motivated. * Strong critical thinking and common sense when interacting with online communities. * Ability to represent the brand professionally when engaging with creators and audiences. * Previous experience in social media management, account management, marketing, or community management is an advantage but not required for the right candidate. ## What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who naturally spends time online, understands internet culture, communicates professionally, and can identify opportunities before they become mainstream.
