Accountability coach
Worldwide
We are looking for a highly structured and execution-obsessed Accountability Coach to work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing startup in a daily, high-touch, hourly capacity, with a singular goal: eliminate inconsistency, enforce discipline, and guarantee execution across both professional and personal performance. This role involves running daily check-ins, monitoring execution continuously via Slack or WhatsApp, and tracking planned vs completed tasks with absolute clarity and transparency. You are expected to aggressively follow up on every missed or delayed commitment, enforce deadlines in real time, and refuse to accept vague reasoning, avoidance, or unverified progress. If a commitment is missed, your responsibility is to surface it immediately, confront it directly, and ensure corrective action happens the same day. You will break down weekly goals into tightly defined daily actions and ensure they are executed without slippage. You must eliminate overplanning, hesitation, and low-priority work, enforcing a strict bias toward high-impact execution. Decisions, follow-ups, and deliverables must happen on time, every time, without drift. In parallel, you will hold the CEO to equally high standards in personal discipline, including start-of-day routines, deep work blocks, and health commitments. Any deviation, delay, or inconsistency must be challenged immediately, with zero tolerance for repeated lapses. You are expected to identify patterns of avoidance, distraction, or self-sabotage early and shut them down decisively. This role requires a direct, unfiltered, and emotionally neutral communication style. You must be comfortable applying pressure, calling out gaps in real time, and holding a CEO to a higher standard than they would hold themselves. You are not here to motivate. You are here to enforce standards, eliminate excuses, and drive output. You will maintain a rigorous tracking system (Notion, Sheets, or equivalent) with full visibility on commitments, completion rates, delays, and failures to execute. Weekly summaries will clearly outline performance gaps, repeated failures, and required behavioral changes, not just surface-level updates. This is an hourly role (1–2 hours per day + continuous async pressure/check-ins) requiring high availability and responsiveness during working hours. Success will be measured strictly by execution rate, reduction of missed commitments to near zero, speed of follow-through, and sustained improvement in discipline and output.
