Accountant (CP) - QuickBooks Online

Experience 3+ years bookkeeping experience using Quickbooks Online Degree: 4 year degree in Accounting required. Experience is most relevan as well, CPA preferred. Credentials/Certifications: CPA preferred, QuickBooks (Online) Certification required. Skills: High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks without direct supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Moderate computer/software skills. Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software. Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated and reliable internet connection. Participate in recurring team and one-on-one check-in meetings to ensure you are aligned for success. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Critical thinking, problem solving, and determination Demonstrate thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices. Able to review financials and help resolve irregularities Account management, bookkeeping entries, closing the books monthly as well as preparing financial reporting and analysis. May also include payroll or other special projects as assigned. Collaborate with your manager and other Associates on your team to ensure all clients are delighted with our services through timely and effective communication, delivery on deadlines and stellar accounting support.
