Accountant for BV in Netherlands

I need an accountant for BV in the Netherlands who can handle bookkeeping and quarterly VAT returns (I will do the admin, they can just review), prepare financial statements, file to the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, Payroll administration, Tax Position Preparation, and the yearly Corporate Income Tax Return and provide support for ad-hoc tasks. Experience with Horizon projects is a plus. We develop technology and industrial tools and we also provide consulting services and participate in Horizon calls. The company is a vehicle for initial prototyping and first purchases until we sort-out manufacturing and start our operations. As a result we don't expect more than 1-2 outgoing invoices per year and 5 incoming invoices per month. Therefore less than 10 invoices per month.
