Summary

We are seeking multiple team members for Accounting, Administrative Support, and Management Assistant positions to support our growing organization in Construction. These roles are ideal for motivated professionals who can contribute to both financial operations and day-to-day business administration. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have experience in accounting, office administration, executive support, human resources, payroll, and data management. Successful applicants should be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) * Process payroll and assist with employee onboarding and HR administration * Perform data entry, record keeping, and document management * Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records * Assist with audits, compliance, and financial reporting * Provide administrative and executive support to management * Coordinate schedules, meetings, communications, and follow-up tasks * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business correspondence * Answer phone calls and communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members in both English and Spanish * Support office operations and help improve internal processes * Assist with project coordination and special assignments as needed Qualifications * Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) * Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, administration, office management, or executive support * Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial recordkeeping * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software * Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion * Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while supporting a team What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who can wear multiple hats and thrive in a dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate is not only comfortable with accounting and administrative tasks but can also support management, improve processes, communicate effectively with clients and employees, and help keep the organization running smoothly. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. This version will attract accountants, office managers, executive assistants, operations coordinators, and administrative professionals while emphasizing the bilingual requirement.
