# Accounting Manager (Remote) We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support a fast-growing organization with month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and ERP-related initiatives. ## Key Responsibilities * Own and manage the month-end close process * Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations * Support financial reporting and KPI tracking * Assist with ERP implementation and process improvements * Support accounting integration of newly acquired entities * Identify and resolve accounting issues proactively ## Required Qualifications * 5+ years of accounting experience * Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting * Proven experience owning month-end close * Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting * Strong Excel and accounting systems experience * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent communication skills ## Preferred Qualifications * Sage Intacct experience * ERP implementation experience * Multi-entity accounting experience * M&A/acquisition integration experience * Public accounting background ## What We're Looking For We're seeking a self-starter who can take ownership, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
