Your core responsibility will be engaging with business owners who have already requested a free business valuation, managing outreach, keeping our operations meticulously organized, and leveraging digital platforms to identify new growth opportunities. This position starts at 20 hours per week with the potential to grow based on performance. You must be available to work during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours. What You’ll Be Doing High-Touch Outreach & Follow-Up: Connect with business owners who have requested a valuation. Your goal is to guide them smoothly through the next steps of our process. Business Development & Lead Sourcing: Proactively use LinkedIn, Alignable, Facebook/social media groups, and other tools to find and engage potential clients. Administrative & Financial Support: Assist with basic accounting/bookkeeping tasks, document management, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks. Customer Support: Serve as a friendly, professional, and empathetic point of contact for clients, answering questions and building strong relationships. Who You Are (Required Skills & Traits) A Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a bottleneck, find a solution, and execute. Meticulously Organized ("A Little OCD"): You thrive on structure, love checklists, and naturally keep calendars, CRMs, and files completely flawless. Excellent Conversational English: You must be incredibly easy to talk to, empathetic, and professional on the phone and in written correspondence. Experienced Background: A proven track record in Executive Assistance, Accounting/Finance support, and Customer Service. Tech & Social Media Savvy: Comfortable navigating LinkedIn, Alignable, CRMs, and online communities for business development. Technical & Availability Requirements Availability: Minimum of 20 hours per week to start, working primarily in the Central Time Zone (CST).
