US Accounting Tax Analyst

US Tax Preparer Location: Philippines | Remote (Work from Home) Employment Type: Full-time position Who we are: Our company provides expert tax services, delivered by an experienced team. Through proactive planning and in-depth knowledge of tax regulations, we ensure each client receives tailored guidance to meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, including related city and state reports and filings - Enter and analyze previously filed tax returns for optimization or refund opportunities - Respond to tax notices and inquiries from various taxing jurisdictions - Communicate with tax leads to address issues and meet deadlines. - Onboard / Offboard Customers - Maintain and update document checklists for efficient workflow. - Explore automation opportunities for document requests. - Process tax returns, manage schedules, and facilitate document flow. Mandatory: - Graduate of Accountancy (CA/CPA required) - Must have a minimum of 5 years of US Tax experience (technology industry is preferable) (this requirement is non-negotiable) - Proficient in on the Google App platform and MS Office applications (high level of expertise in excel, google spreadsheets) - High Level of English communication skills - Quick learner - Tax Software : CHH Advantages: - Tax Software : CCH, ProConnect, UltraTax - Accounting Software : QBO , Xero etc. Evaluation Criteria - Quick to learn new technologies - Startup Experience - Thorough, well organized - Responsible, Independent, Ownership - Quick learner, with “can-do” approach - Great communication skills
