Accounts Receivable Expert

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to help manage invoice follow-up, collections, payment tracking, and customer account management. This role is focused on getting invoices paid, reducing aging balances, and maintaining consistent cash flow. We need someone who is comfortable making phone calls, sending follow-ups, and staying on top of accounts until payment is received. This is a long-term position with opportunities for additional responsibilities and growth. Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Monitor outstanding invoices Review AR aging reports Track payment status and expected payment dates Apply payments and reconcile balances Maintain accurate customer records Collections Contact customers regarding overdue invoices Follow up via phone, email, and text Maintain detailed collection notes Resolve payment issues and disputes Escalate problem accounts when necessary Reporting Provide weekly AR updates Track overdue balances Identify collection risks Forecast expected incoming payments Administrative Support Update CRM and internal systems Organize invoice and payment documentation Coordinate with operations and accounting teams
