**Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist (Remote) | Land Investments** We're looking for a detail-oriented **Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist** to help evaluate inbound land acquisition opportunities, negotiate directly with landowners, and move deals from review through signed purchase agreements. **Responsibilities** * Review underwritten land opportunities and confirm property details * Prepare and send purchase offers via email and text * Negotiate pricing and terms with landowners * Draft and send purchase agreements upon verbal acceptance * Track all communication and maintain accurate CRM notes * Close out opportunities with clear documentation when a property is declined * Manage deals from Acquisition Review through Under Contract **What We're Looking For** * Experience in real estate acquisitions, land investing, or wholesaling * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Organized and comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously * Excellent written communication * CRM experience preferred (GoHighLevel or similar) * Self-motivated and responsive **Performance Expectations** * Review new opportunities within 2 business days * Respond to seller inquiries and counteroffers the same day whenever possible * Ensure signed purchase agreements are attached before moving deals under contract * Maintain complete and accurate notes after every seller interaction If you have experience negotiating real estate deals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
