About Us: We are a fast-moving AI SaaS venture building the next generation of intelligent tools. As we scale rapidly, we need a highly organized, proactive professional to become the operational backbone of our leadership and core team. The Role: We are looking for a hybrid Human Resources, Administration, and Executive Assistant (HR/Admin/EA) contractor. Your primary mission will be to organize our team workflows and take full ownership of tracking and driving our critical 100-day execution plan. You will ensure everyone is aligned, unblocked, and delivering on time. Key Responsibilities: -100-Day Plan Ownership: Track, manage, and drive the delivery of our 100-day roadmap, holding team members accountable to milestones. -Executive & Admin Support: Manage schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle day-to-day administrative HR, Marketing and Administrative operations for the CEO and leadership. -HR & Team Organization: Streamline internal communications, assist with foundational HR tasks (like onboarding), and keep our cross-functional teams highly organized. What We’re Looking For: -Proven experience as an EA, HR Coordinator, or Operations/Admin Specialist (startup or SaaS experience is a major plus). -Exceptional tasks management skills with a track record of driving plans to completion. -A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and familiarity with basic -GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Claude and Gemini. -Strong communication skills to effectively follow up with tech and business teams. The Offer: -Contract: 3 months initial contract with a fixed monthly compensation. -Long-Term Potential: Strong possibility of converting to a permanent, full-time role after 3 months based on performance. -Work Setup: Remote to start, transitioning to a hybrid/onsite arrangement. PLEASE NO Virtual Assistant proposals. We need someone in the UAE available to transition to hybrid/onsite.
