We are seeking an experienced, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is ethical, detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and committed to professionalism, compliance, and exceptional employee experiences. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, interview, and hire top talent using multiple recruiting platforms. Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, professionalism, communication, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews, maintain ATS and talent pipelines, prepare offers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, payroll regulations, leave policies, workplace investigations, anti-discrimination laws, privacy regulations, and health and safety requirements. Maintain HR policies, employee records, and support disciplinary and termination processes. Process accurate and timely payroll while maintaining confidentiality and legal compliance. Prepare employment contracts, coordinate onboarding, facilitate orientation, and ensure all required documentation and training are completed. Address employee concerns, support managers, resolve workplace issues, conduct investigations when necessary, and maintain confidentiality. Coordinate performance reviews, probationary evaluations, employee development, and HR reporting. Maintain HRIS records, personnel files, compliance documentation, and organizational charts. Support employee engagement through recognition programs, team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and company events. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience. Excellent communication skills in French and English Strong background in recruitment, interviewing, payroll administration, employee relations, and HR compliance. Knowledge of labor and employment laws. Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and video interviewing platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. High integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment.
