Administrative & Sponsorship Coordinator Part-Time | Remote | Approximately 25-35 Hours Per Week From June to September. Extending to full-time long term is possible if we work well together About Us Rumble Productions is an award-winning entertainment and media company producing television, radio, music, live events, educational programs, and digital content. Our projects include a travel and music television series, radio programming, live entertainment, artist development programs, and original media productions. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative & Sponsorship Coordinator to help keep multiple productions and projects moving efficiently. Responsibilities * Coordinate schedules, deadlines, meetings, and project timelines * Communicate with talent, sponsors, vendors, and team members * Manage sponsor onboarding and fulfillment * Track sponsorship benefits and maintain sponsor records * Conduct research for grants, sponsorships, media opportunities, and partnerships * Assist with email correspondence and phone calls * Organize files, documents, spreadsheets, and project materials * Coordinate with editors, social media personnel, and production staff * Schedule social media content and assist with content calendars * Help monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met * Attend Zoom team meetings twice per week Ideal Candidate * Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously * Takes ownership of tasks without constant supervision * Professional and reliable * Strong problem-solving ability * Comfortable learning new software and systems * Experience with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, project management software, and social media platforms Bonus Qualifications * Sponsorship sales or partnership experience * CRM experience * Event planning experience * Marketing or public relations experience * Entertainment, media, television, music, or production industry experience What Success Looks Like The right person will help create structure and momentum across multiple productions by keeping projects organized, ensuring sponsors receive excellent service, coordinating communication, and helping the company grow efficiently.
