Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our growing hospitality and real estate brands. This is a long-term remote position for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and coordinating multiple small projects simultaneously. You will work directly with management and help support daily operations, marketing coordination, online reputation management, and freelancer/project coordination. Main Responsibilities Administrative Support Assist with daily administrative tasks Coordinate small operational projects Organize information and follow-ups Help manage calendars, reminders, and deadlines Maintain organized documentation and task tracking Online Reputation Management Reply professionally to Google Reviews Monitor guest/customer feedback Escalate important issues internally when needed Help improve online brand presence and ratings Content & Marketing Assistance Publish articles and posts on Medium Assist with blog/article formatting Help coordinate content publishing Support marketing operations and small campaigns Help organize social media and online branding tasks Freelancer & Upwork Coordination Help manage freelancers hired on Upwork Follow up on deadlines and deliverables Organize tasks and project communication Assist with hiring coordination and freelancer onboarding Track progress and ensure projects move forward efficiently Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Highly organized Detail-oriented Reliable and proactive Comfortable working independently Good at multitasking Tech-savvy Strong written English communicator Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude AI Bonus if you have experience with: hospitality brands Airbnb or serviced apartments marketing coordination project management tools remote teams Google Workspace Notion / Basecamp / Slack / Trello Important This role is not just a basic assistant position.
