About the Role We're a California-based business looking for a proactive, eager-to-learn Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a junior entry possition into a growing company — we care more about your attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn than about how many tools you've already mastered. What You'll Be Doing: General administrative support: organizing files, managing schedules, handling day-to-day tasks Using AI tools to work more efficiently (research, writing support, organizing information, etc.) Supporting data entry and basic reporting Learning new tools, processes, and systems as the role evolves Desired, but not limitative: Know about marketing tasks: scheduling posts, organizing content, using marketing tools and platforms, etc Helping coordinate across different areas of the business as needed Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for basic data organization Experience with CRM tools Basic understanding of sales or lead follow-up processes Interest in accounting or financial operations We are not expecting you manage all this. What We're Looking For Proactive attitude — you take initiative and don't wait around for instructions on everything Fast learner — you pick up new tools and processes quickly Adaptable — comfortable with change and shifting priorities Comfortable with AI tools — you already use or are eager to learn tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar Organized and detail-oriented — you keep track of multiple tasks without dropping the ball Growth mindset — you see this as a starting point, not just a task list Growth Opportunity This role is designed to grow. Based on your strengths, interests, and performance, there's a real path to move into other areas of the team, including leads and sales, administrative operations, or accounting and finance. We invest in people who show up, learn fast, and want more responsibility over time. Schedule & Details Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM California Time, with a 1-hour break
