Administrative Assistant (Remote – Part-Time) ABOUT US: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our management team with simple administrative tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES: Record and track staff hours and timesheets Process payroll and assist with payroll administration Maintain leave records (annual leave, sick leave, etc.) Follow up on missing timesheets when required Prepare simple weekly reports Assist with general administrative tasks REQUIREMENTS: Previous administration, bookkeeping, office support, or payroll experience Excellent English communication skills Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel Organised and able to work independently Preferred Software Experience Xero Payroll Employment Hero Deputy MYOB HOURS: Approximately 5–10 hours per week initially Long-term position with potential for additional hours TO APPLY: Please send: Your resume A short introduction Details of your administration experience Software you have used Your hourly rate An example of an administrative task you have completed successfully Experience working with Australian businesses (appreciated but not required)
