Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Temp) – Calling Cash Buyers

We are a real estate investment company looking for a temporary Virtual Assistant to support our acquisitions. Your primary role will be calling real estate investors (cash buyers) to gather information about their buying criteria. This is not a cold sales role. You are speaking with other investors to build relationships and collect data that helps us match them with deals. This role starts as temporary with the potential for ongoing work based on performance and company needs. Responsibilities: • Call cash buyers from our provided lists • Ask structured questions about buying criteria (price range, locations, property types, etc.) • Accurately input notes into our CRM or as instructed • Maintain a confident, conversational tone on every call • Follow a simple framework without sounding scripted Requirements (Non-Negotiable): • Fluent English with a clear, professional speaking voice • Proven experience making outbound calls (real estate experience preferred) • Must have a quiet workspace with zero background noise • Reliable internet connection and ability to use a CRM (no auto dialer used for these calls) • Strong attention to detail when taking notes • Must be available to call during Central Time hours • Must be able to work in structured call blocks: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Central Time & 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Central Time • Must have a Zoom account for live job onboarding and training What We’re Looking For: We are looking for someone who sounds natural, confident, and easy to talk to. You should be comfortable leading conversations, asking follow-up questions, and keeping calls efficient and productive. Compensation: • Hourly or per-call structure (to be discussed) • Opportunity for ongoing work if it is a strong fit Application Instructions (Required): To be considered, you MUST include all of the following: 1. A real call recording A recording of a previous phone call where you spoke with a client, customer, or lead 2. Mock call recording (1–2 minutes) Pretend I am a real estate investor. Call me and ask about my buying criteria (location, price range, property type, etc.). This must sound natural and conversational, not scripted. 3. Objection handling response The investor says: “I’m busy right now.” What do you say next to either continue the conversation or secure a follow-up? 4. Relevant experience What experience do you have calling real estate investors or similar leads? Be specific about what you were calling for and your goal on the calls. 5. Availability confirmation Confirm your availability for: • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Central United States • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Central United States
