Adobe XFA to AcroForm PDF Expert Needed (Government Form Recreation)

PDF Form Expert Needed I have an old PDF form that does not work well with websites, AI tools, or automation. ## What the PDF is now The current PDF is an **Adobe LiveCycle / XFA PDF**. That means: * It only works correctly in Adobe Reader. * It may show “Please wait…” in browsers. * It is hard to fill automatically. * It does not work well with web apps, AI tools, Python, Node.js, or SaaS systems. ## What I need instead I need a new PDF made as a **standard AcroForm PDF**. This PDF will become the master template for a commercial SaaS application. It must be designed so future software can automatically populate every field using JSON data while still allowing the user to review and edit any field before generating the final PDF. That means: * No XFA * No LiveCycle * Normal fillable PDF fields * Software can fill it automatically * A person can still open and edit it * It can be signed * It can be flattened into a final locked PDF ## Very important The new PDF must look **exactly the same** as the old PDF. Do not redesign it. Do not move anything. Do not change the layout. The only change should be the PDF technology: from **XFA/LiveCycle** to **standard AcroForm**. ## I need these files 1. New AcroForm fillable PDF 2. Editable source file 3. List of all field names 4. Sample JSON data 5. One working example showing the PDF filled automatically 6. Sample filled PDF 7. Sample final flattened PDF ## Final test The job is complete only when: * The new PDF looks exactly like the old PDF * The new PDF is a standard AcroForm PDF * No XFA or LiveCycle remains * Software can fill it automatically * A person can edit it * Signature fields work * The PDF can be flattened/finalized ## Please answer 1.
