FB Ads Lead Gen & Affiliate, Done-With-You Campaign Build, Launch, Live Optimize (My Ad Account)

PROJECT TITLE: Facebook Ads Lead Generation and Affiliate Marketing — Done-With-You Campaign Build, Launch, and Live Optimization (Teaching Engagement, My Own Ad Account) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: I am looking for an experienced Facebook and Meta media buyer to help me plan, build, launch, and optimize my first real paid advertising campaigns. This is a genuine test project with real ad spend. The goal is to generate qualified leads that can be sold to local businesses (lead generation model) and to drive sales for high-ticket affiliate offers (affiliate marketing model). I want to test both paths and let the data decide which one to scale. This is a "done with you" engagement, not "done for you." I want to be on live shared-screen calls during every setup step and every optimization step so I can watch, ask questions, and learn the real process. By the end of this project I must be able to run, monitor, and optimize a campaign independently. You are teaching me as much as you are building. HARD RULE 1 — ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP: All ads must run under MY Meta Business Manager and MY ad account, not yours. I retain full admin ownership of the account, the Pixel, the audiences, the campaign data, and the connected page at all times. You will be added as a user or partner with limited permissions (advertiser or analyst level) so you can build and manage campaigns without owning the account. Do not ask for my personal login or password. If you have only ever run ads inside your own agency account and never inside a client-owned account via Business Manager access, this project is not a fit. HARD RULE 2 — PIXEL SETUP AND VERIFICATION: Pixel setup is your task and must be completed and verified on a live call. Create the Pixel inside my Events Manager, install the base code on the landing page using whatever method the chosen builder requires (Carrd custom code, Framer custom code, or Systeme.io native integration), and confirm a test event fires in Events Manager before we spend one dollar on ads. Running a campaign on an unverified Pixel is not acceptable. HARD RULE 3 — OPTIMIZATION ON LIVE CALLS ONLY: Every optimization decision must happen on a live shared-screen call with me present, three times per week during the test period. You do not change budgets, pause ads, swap creative, or adjust audiences silently in the background and report later. We look at the data together and decide together. Launch and disappear is not acceptable. Silent optimization is not acceptable. SCOPE OF WORK: Phase 1 — Niche Research, Offer Selection, and Client Sourcing Strategy (Live Call 1) Help me research and select one niche for lead generation (examples: dental, med spa, roofing, legal, home services) and one high-ticket affiliate offer (paying $200 or more per sale). Use Facebook Ad Library to validate demand by checking which niches have ads running for months. Use platforms like Bark.com, Thumbtack, Google Maps, and Upwork to identify businesses that are already buying leads or asking for ad help, so we know where to find buyers before we generate a single lead. Also evaluate CPA networks (MaxBounty, AdWork Media, CPALead) and affiliate platforms (ClickBank, Digistore24, PartnerStack) as an alternative monetization path where we drive traffic to an existing tracking link and get paid per lead or per sale without needing to find and close a buyer directly. Compare the payout per lead from networks versus selling directly to businesses, and recommend which path to test first. Define the target audience, the lead magnet or offer, and the exact platform and outreach method we will use to find the businesses that will pay for these leads. For the affiliate path, help me select a product, confirm I can get approved, and define the funnel approach. Phase 2 — Funnel and Infrastructure Setup in My Account (Live Call 2) Walk me through adding you to my Business Manager with limited permissions. Build a simple lead capture landing page (Carrd, Framer, or similar) for the lead gen path. Build a bridge page (short video or text page plus email capture plus affiliate link) for the affiliate path. Set up the campaign structure inside my ad account and connect my Pixel. Create the lead form or opt-in mechanism. Set up basic email follow-up using Systeme.io or Mailchimp free tier. Verify the Pixel fires a test event on the live call before we proceed. Explain every step on the shared screen. Phase 3 — Ad Creative and Campaign Launch (Live Call 3) Create two to three ad variations per path (image and/or short video). Write ad copy for each (headline, primary text, CTA). Build the campaign structure in my Ads Manager (targeting, budget, placement, objective). Launch the lead gen campaign and the affiliate campaign at $5 to $10 per day each as starting budgets. Explain every setting and why you chose it. Phase 4 — Live Monitoring and Optimization (Live Calls, 3 Per Week, For 2 to 3 Weeks) Three times per week we meet on a live shared-screen call. On each call we review the numbers together for both campaigns and decide together what to change: kill underperforming ads, scale what works, adjust audiences, test new creative, fix the landing page or the offer if needed. You teach me how to read each metric as we go (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, cost per sale). No changes are made outside these calls without my approval. We also review whether the lead gen path or the affiliate path is performing better and decide where to concentrate budget. Phase 5 — Client Acquisition and Monetization (Live Call, As Needed) There are two monetization paths and we should test the simpler one first. Path A (networks): we drive traffic to a CPA network tracking link and get paid automatically per lead or per sale. No client hunting needed. Path B (direct): we sell leads directly to businesses at a higher price per lead. For Path B, the default payment model is pay per lead (we send the name and phone number, the business pays us per lead regardless of whether the person shows up). We only negotiate pay per appointment or revenue share after we have built trust with a client over several weeks. Once leads are coming in, walk me through the process of monetizing them. For lead gen: help me list a lead generation service gig on Upwork and Fiverr, draft the outreach message to send to businesses found on Google Maps, Facebook Groups, Bark.com, and Facebook Ad Library, and role-play the first client conversation. For affiliate: review the conversion data and optimize the bridge page and email sequence. This phase is about turning leads into actual revenue, not just generating numbers on a dashboard. Phase 6 — Final Review and Handoff (Live Call) We review the full test: what worked, what did not, the final cost per lead, the final cost per affiliate sale, which path is more profitable, and exactly what I should do next to scale the winning path on my own. You deliver the SOP document. I should be able to repeat the entire process independently after this call. CALL COUNT AND SCHEDULE: Expect roughly 10 to 12 live calls total: 3 setup and launch calls, plus 3 optimization calls per week across 2 to 3 weeks, plus 1 to 2 monetization and final review calls. Each call is 30 to 60 minutes. First call within 3 days of hiring. Campaigns live by end of week 1. DELIVERABLES: A working lead generation funnel (landing page, form, email sequence) built inside my infrastructure. A working affiliate bridge page (video or text page, email capture, affiliate link) built inside my infrastructure. Two live Meta ad campaigns running 14 to 21 days inside my own ad account. Full ownership of the account, Pixel, audiences, and all data retained by me at all times. A simple SOP document summarizing every step so I can repeat the process alone. At least one real test with data for each path (leads generated, cost per lead, affiliate clicks, cost per sale, conversion metrics). A short list of 10 to 20 identified businesses or platforms where I can sell the leads or find clients, with the outreach message drafted. A comparison of at least 2 CPA network offers and 2 affiliate offers with their payout rates, approval requirements, and expected cost per lead or cost per sale, so I can decide which to scale. PROTECTION CLAUSES: Target CPL range: before launch you must research and state the expected cost-per-lead range for the chosen lead gen niche (for example $5 to $30 for local services) and the expected cost-per-sale range for the affiliate offer. Kill switch: if after $150 in ad spend on either campaign the cost per lead or cost per sale is more than double the stated industry average, we pause on a live call and restructure targeting, creative, or offer before spending more. Transparency: I have full access to my own Ads Manager at all times, and you send a short written update every 3 to 4 days with spend, leads, sales, cost per lead, cost per sale, and what we changed on the last call. Success definition: the goal of this test is the lowest achievable cost per lead and cost per sale within each niche, and to teach me the full process end to end. Success is measured by reaching a CPL and cost per sale within the industry standard range, not by guaranteed revenue. Revenue depends on lead monetization and affiliate conversion, which is my responsibility. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FREELANCER: Proven experience running Facebook and Meta lead generation campaigns, with screenshots showing real spend and real cost per lead. Experience with high-ticket affiliate funnels using paid traffic. Experience with local lead gen or B2B service advertising. Comfortable working inside a client-owned ad account via Business Manager access, not only your own account. Willing and able to do every optimization step on a live shared-screen call, three times per week, not silently. Able to teach and explain every decision in plain language, not just execute. Available for roughly 10 to 12 scheduled calls over 3 to 4 weeks. Fluent in English (German is a plus, not required). BUDGET: Freelancer fee: $500 to $1000 for the full engagement, reflecting the heavy live-call teaching load (negotiable based on proven experience). Ad spend: $200 to $500 total, separate, paid directly to Meta from my account. Tools: minimal (Carrd $19 per year, Systeme.io free tier, Mailchimp free tier). Optional incentive: I am open to a structure of 70 percent fixed fee plus a 30 percent bonus paid only if the final CPL or cost per sale lands inside the agreed target range. PAYMENT STRUCTURE (milestones, no full upfront payment): Milestone 1 — 25 percent: released after Phase 1 and Phase 2 are complete (niche chosen, both funnels built, Pixel installed and verified firing on a live call, client sourcing list delivered, CPA network and affiliate comparison delivered). Milestone 2 — 25 percent: released after both campaigns are live (end of Phase 3, Call 3). Milestone 3 — 50 percent: released after the full 14 to 21 day optimization period, the monetization walkthrough, the final review call, and delivery of the SOP document. If the Pixel is not verified firing before launch, Milestone 1 is not released. TIMELINE: 3 to 4 weeks total. First call within 3 days of hiring. Campaigns live by end of week 1. Live optimization 3 times per week through weeks 2 and 3. Monetization walkthrough and final review by end of week 4. HOW TO APPLY: Send me three things. One: a screenshot of a lead gen or affiliate campaign you ran, with spend and cost per lead or cost per sale visible. Two: one sentence on which lead gen niche and which affiliate product you would test first for me and why. Three: confirmation that you are fine working inside my own ad account via Business Manager access and doing all optimization on live calls three times per week. Applications without proof of real campaign results will not be considered.
